Mr. Robertson, specializes in oil, gas and mineral law with a sharp focus on Texas land titles, title examination, title opinion preparation, transaction negotiation and document preparation and has practiced in this area since his admission to the bar in 1980.  He represents landowners, lessors, royalty owners, overriding royalty owners, working interest owners, lessee/operators and independent producers in almost every type of oil and gas transaction. Mr. Robertson co-founded the firm in 1987 and has served as managing shareholder since 1988.
