Ronald O. Holman specializes in oil and gas law, oil and gas transactions, and general commercial litigation. His trial practice resolves title disputes, construction and interpretation of oil and gas leases and deeds, disputes between operators and non-operators, implied covenant litigation, royalty underpayment disputes (volume and pricing issues) and commercial disputes. His transactional practice involves oil and gas title issues, farmout agreements, negotiation of oil and gas leases, and the management of producing and nonproducing mineral royalty interests on behalf of his clients. He represents numerous private family offices, independent producers and mineral owners. He has served as a party-appointed arbitrator in numerous cases. He was selected a Best Lawyer in commercial litigation by Best Lawyer's Magazine. Mr. Holman co-founded the firm in 1987.
